Catch Up and Camping

This past week seemed to fly by with appointments, activities and Gary being away that I didn't even get the pictures up from last weekend. The girls and I had a busy week while Gary was in Minneapolis for a business meeting, although the champagne boat cruise and pig roast sounded very interesting for work. Kelly had her 5 year check up with shots for Kindergarten. She now weighs in at 34 pounds and is 43 1/2 inches tall. I can't wait until we hit that 35 pound mark! She needed shots in both arms and one leg. It was a sore appointment, as was the rest of the week. Here are the pictures of what the girls were up to the weekend prior...

Our neighbors at camp are building a bunk house. The girls enjoyed making up all sorts of games in there. From ice cream shop, to weather man, to red light/green light - all avenues were covered.
Laura practicing her toss at ladder ball.
Kelly showing her form. Both girls wanted to practice before the next game with Grandpa.
The girls taking a rest in Grandpa's camper. Kelly fell asleep on the way over to visit.
Ready to go camping with Grandpa!
Kelly and Grandpa in a game of catch.
Last year the girls played hide and seek in the corn field. They enjoyed it so much then, they tried it again this year.

This weekend my friend Mary and I went to the craft fair at the Agricultural Museum in Stone Mills. I remember going when I was little. I saw many familiar faces.
The girls stayed at Mary's house and look what they learned to do. Driving lessons on the golf cart with Beau.
Kelly was really focused on her driving.
Laura wanted to be sure to give me a ride as well. Beau really likes to ride too.
Laura checking the fence. I can't wait for her to tell Gary she can drive his tractor.
The girls found some kittens in the barn!
Laura showing the kitty she wants to bring home. Notice another hole in her bottom layer of teeth! Tooth fairy has been working over time. It's getting harder and harder to eat corn on the cob.
